Absolutely. If you're hosting a free event, our entire suite of tools — registration, ticket delivery, promotion, analytics, and check-in — are completely free. No hidden charges, no trial limits.
The 5% commission is only charged on paid ticket sales. It's automatically deducted from your revenue when tickets are sold — you never need to pay upfront. If you sell zero tickets, you pay zero fees.
Attendees can pay with Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo Cash, Vodafone Cash) and international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack and Hubtel.
Payouts are processed directly to your mobile money wallet or bank account. Track all revenue, fees, and payout status in real-time from your organiser dashboard.
