Tiksmate provides several options to help you track attendance and know who has arrived at your venue event. Once attendees check in at your event, their attendance status will be updated in real-time on your Tiksmate dashboard.

To track attendance, you can use a QR Code scanner which allows you to check in attendees using your smartphone or tablet. The QR code scanner allows  organisers to check attendees in making the process fast and efficient. 

Once an attendee checks in, their attendance status will be updated in real-time on your Tiksmate dashboard. Additionally, you can also use Tiksmate's web-based check-in tool which allows you to check in attendees using a laptop or desktop computer. The tool includes a search function that allows you to quickly find and check in attendees by name or ticket ID.

To edit your event after it has been published on Tiksmate, you can follow these steps: 

  • Log in to your Tiksmate account and go to the "Events" page. 
  • Find the event you want to edit and beneath the "Action" tab there is a hamburger icon click on it. 
  • Click on the "Update" button next to it.

Make the necessary changes to your event, such as updating the event details, changing the ticket types or prices and adding new sessions.

Once you've made your changes, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to update your event. If you've made significant changes to your event, you may want to notify your attendees by sending them an email or updating the event description.

It's important to note that some changes may affect the existing registrations or tickets of your attendees. For example, if you change the date or time of the event, you may need to offer refunds or exchanges to those who can no longer attend.

Be sure to communicate any changes clearly to your attendees and provide them with any necessary instructions or support.

Tiksmate does not charge any fees for free events. You can create and manage free events on Tiksmate without incurring any charges. This means that you can use Tiksmate's registration and ticketing features to promote and manage your free events, collect attendee information and send communications to your attendees, all without paying any fees.

 

Tiksmate accepts several payment options for event organizers to receive payments for their events. These include;

Bank Cards: we supports payments from all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

Mobile Money:  we allow payments through various mobile money service providers including MTN, Vodafone and AirtelTigo.

No, your customers do not need to create an account with Tiksmate to register for your event. 

Tiksmate allows attendees to register for events as guests without creating an account. When attendees register for your event, they will be prompted to provide their contact and payment information. Once they have completed the registration process, they will receive a confirmation email with their registration details.

No, You do not need to create an account to buy ticket from Tiksmate.
